I love Taco Bell, if I had to chose a fast food to eat Taco Bell is my number one choice. Taco Bell is so amazing they’re even coming out with vegan options! Now you just have to tell them to take out the cheese and sour creme plus replace the meat with beans. After a leg day I was craving taco bell but not the sodium so I came up with this recipe to satisfy my craving.
- Tortilla Wrap one big and one small
- Sofritas from Trader Joes
- Daya stredded cheese
- Refried Beans
- Hard tortilla
- Avocado (optional)
Put your big Tortilla on a plate and on your beans and sofritas. If you buy the one from Trader Joe’s it’s already made all you have to do is heat it up. Also sprinkle your daya cheese on your beans and “meat”.
Add on your hard tortilla and then add your veggies.
Next put your smaller tortilla on top
Now the next part is kinda tricky. You’re going to fold the edges in towards the center, one on another.
Heat up with skillet to medium heat and add a little olive oil or butter. Once it’s heated up put the side where the edges are down first. When that side is brown carefully flip it.
